Four new weekly flights from Athens to Montreal and Toronto

Canada Air Rouge, the low-cost subsidiary airline of Air Canada, will soon add four weekly flights from Athens to both Montreal and Toronto, as announced by the company on Wednesday.
The additional Rouge flights will operate from June 24 until September 24, on top of the existing Air Canada daily flights in effect from April 1 until November 17.
The new flights will fly to Montreal on Tuesdays and Fridays and to Toronto on Mondays and Sundays.
Air Canada serves more than 220 international airports in six continents, while in 2017 it served more than 48 million customers.
According to the Communications and Marketing Director of Athens International Airport Ioanna Papadopoulou, the average Canadian tourist visits Greece for approximately 17 days, more than 7 in 10 Canadians come to Greece for leisure, a small 3% come for business and just 2 in 10 come to visit friends and family.
